A fine sparkling wine from the Conegliano region with a pleasant fruity scent and flavour. Good as an aperitif.
Prosecco di Conegliano Cuvée Brut DOC
The grapes for this wine are chosen from high, hilly vineyards. Its color is straw-yellow with green reflections and fine aromas of green apples and citrus. This wine has a pleasant, long-lasting taste of full-grown fruit. Served as an aperitif or with sea foods such as oysters or with simple desserts.
Prosecco Rosé Cuveé Brut
Pinot Nero 85%, Raboso 15%. The color is creamy purple with aromas of flowers and forest fruits. Rich and round taste of full-grown forest fruits, fine sparkling.
Brut Millésimato Talento DOC 2004
A cuvée of three varietals: Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay of the Trento DOC region. It is produced by the classic method of bottle fermentation. Straw-yellow in color with golden reflections, aromas of bread crust, full-grown exotic fruits and vanilla. Served with lobster, shrimp and broiled fish.

"Cuvée prestige" are wines coming from remarkable years. Entirely 1 er Cuvée, choice of Chardonnay grapes from the best of "Cru" Cote de Blancs. 30% of wine aged in oak barrels. Golden color with green reflections, fine and rich sparkling. Aromas of butter and burnt toast merge into nut and vanilla flavours. J. de Telmot belongs among the 20 most remarkable producers in France.
Alfred Gratien brut classique
In this wine production, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes are used. It has a dominating scent of red grapes and fresh nuts together with aromas of fresh fruit. Harmonious, brisk, deep taste sharpen the exceptionality of this wine. Served as an aperitif, with boiled and stewed fish or blue cheese.
Vranken Reims Demoiselle cuvée brut
Chardonnay 60%, Pinot Noir 30%, Pinot Meunier 10%. At sight it is typically pale for Chardonnay, with beautiful bubbles, creamy foam and a rich butter scent. This is a very well-balanced champagne served as an aperitif or with stewed fish, scallops and soft cheeses.

Chardonnay, Roger Belland (100 % Chardonnay)
The wine has a golden color and the aroma of full-grown fruit (apricot, peach) and white flowers. Older years have a scent of honey and nuts, and it has full, long-lasting fruity taste. Served with river fish, shellfish, frog legs or as an aperitif.
Chablis, Guitton Michel (100% Chardonnay )
This wine has a golden color with a tinge of green. It is noted for its fruity, aromatic taste. We recommend pairing it with fish, shellfish, and poultry.
St. Aubin Les Pucelles, Lamy-Pillot (100% Chardonnay)
A wine whose aging period is 12 months in oak barrels. It has golden color with lightly mineral aroma, fruity taste and finally perceptible minerals. We recommend serving this wine with roasted white meats or stewed fish with cream sauce.
Hautes Notes De Nuits Le Priueré, Mongeard Mugneret (100% Chardonnay)
This wine is aged in oak barrels. It has light golden color with aromas of lime blossom and a fine mineral touch. The well-balanced taste is typical for Chardonnay and it is wonderful with sea / river fish, other seafoods and frog legs.
Mersault, Thierry Matrot
A wine of complex character with brisk acidity. Recommended time of consumption is after three to five years when its taste and elegant aroma are at their fullest. Served with fish and starters. It is possible to serve it as an aperitif after two years.
Guitton Michel - Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos ( 100% Chardonnay )
Noted for its scent and flavor of strawberries. We recommend pairing it with shellfish, fish and poultry.

Muscadet de Sévre et Maine Sur Lie Cuvée Prestige
Light golden color with greenish hues. This Muscadet (the title has nothing to do with aromatic Muscatels) has a brisk, pure and simple flavor that is characteristic for this type of wine. Lighter style, elegant structure with a touch of green apple at the end. Best served with fish food and seafood, or just as a refreshment.
Touraine Sauvignon AOC - „Les 3 Saisons“, Domaine Guy Saget
100% Sauvignon Blanc. This wine has a light golden color with green reflections. As a typical Sauvignon Blanc, it has a pure scent with tones of mellow gooseberries, white currants, fresh citrus and fine mineral undertones. It has a brisk, sharp, outright flavor with tones of citrus. It is a mid-long wine with a vigorous and elegant finish. This pure and simple Sauvignon Blanc is suitable for any occasion.
LANGUEDOC - ROUSILLON
Laroche Sauvignon Blanc
This wine has a fine, seductive scent of elderberries and goose-berries which is typical of Sauvignon Blanc. Its flavor is brisk, dry and fruity. Chilled fermentation without any access of air is a presumption of the aromatic, fresh character of the wine. It goes well with goat cheese, salad or pasta with seafood.

La Superbe, Mongeard Mugneret
It is pleasant, crisp, fruity and ready to drink. I tis a beautiful purplish red in colour with a very wide palette of aromas and lively fruity notes. In the mouth it is supple and fine, tonic and refreshing.
Pinot Noir, Lamy Pillot
This wine has a ruby colour with the natural aroma of forest fruits. We recommend this Pinot Noir with venison.
Bourgogne Hautes – Cotes de Nuits „La Croix“, Mongeard Mugneret
Wine aged in oak barrels. Ruby color, fruity taste with red and black fruits flavor. Served with dark grilled meat, rabbit in mustard and soft cheeses.
Fixin Village, Mongeard Mugneret
A sturdy wine with dark ruby colour. The wine has good sourness. Recommended with pork , venison, rabbit and cheeses.
Beaune Les Aveaux 1er Cru, Mongeard Mugneret (100% Pinot Noir)
The wines from “Les Avaux“ are very deep and dark in colour. The bouquet is very varied and complex, with notes suggestive of leather and aromas of red, dark fruits, including red berries, blackcurrants and cherries. Both silky and dense, the Beaune 1er Cru “Les Avaux” has great distinction, and is very well balanced as well as warm and round. There are firm but not excessive tannins magnificently blended with savours of dark cherries with underlying meaty nuances.
Pommard Rugiens Les Gras, Roger Belland (100% Pinot Noir)
Wine with a wonderful aroma of forest fruit, with long lasting taste and brisk tannins. This is one of the best wines from Pommard. Excellent with dark meats prepared in wine, steaks or soft cheeses.
Chateau de Pommard 2003, Famille Giraud
This Pinot Noir from Bourgogne is also known as Chateau. It is marked noticeably with tannins, which have been tempered through time as the wine has been kept bottled for a minimum of 30 years before sale. Recommended with venison and beef.

Coteaux du Tricastin rosé La Ferette
Wine of salmon pink color with brisk flower aroma and raspberry flavor. Recommended with ham and grilled meats.
Côte du Rhône "Parralel 45" rouge (Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvedre)
Wine of dark color, pleasant scent with fruity overtones, seasoned aromatic taste. Recommended with grilled spicy meats and mellow cheeses.
Chateauneuf du Pape, Cuvée du Vatican
This wine is a blend of 13 types of grapewine. It has a wide variety of aromas from cherries to bilberries and it has a distinctly rounded taste. We recommend it with lamb, pheasant, and duck.

Château Bois Joly Cotes de Castillon
(10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc)
Fine, fruity and long-lasting taste with traces of black currant and raspberry. Served with venison, roasted and braised chicken and with cheese.
Vieux Château Chambeau Lussac St. Emilion
(10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc)
Ripe red fruit characteristics with a light tinge of vanilla. Matches best with dark poultry and grilled red meats.
Château Clos l´Eglise Cotes de Castillon
(60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon)
Wine aged 12 – 18 months in new oak barrels. It has almost an black color, fruity taste with pleasant tannins and fruity scent. Served with roast duck, venison and with mellow cheeses.
Château La Croix Taillefer Pommerol
00% Merlot. Wine aged 9 months in oak barrels. It has dark color and a complex scent with touches of fruits. Its taste is well-balanced and smooth with rounded tannins. Served with venison with sauces from dark fruit (cranberries, plums) or with roasted dark meat.
Château Prieure Lichine Margaux Grand Cru classé
(Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot)
Wine of dark purple color, soft fruity scent, rich in taste. Perfectly matched with roasted lamb steaks or with mellow cheeses.
Château Clos l´Eglise Pommerol
(60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon)
A sweet nose of creme brulee intermixed with black cherry liqueur, blackberries, tar, caramel, and mocha/coffee soars from the glass of this blend. Opulence, superb intensity, abundant quantities of sweet toasty oak, a full-bodied richness, and excellent purity as well as depth.

A full-bodied wine with rich, unmistakable aromas. Suitable with roasted meats, steak and sharp cheeses.
Château Cheval Blanc St. Emilion Grand Cru classé
(39% Merlot , 57% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon)
A definite leader in wines from Saint Emilion. Translated as “white horse”. It is located in north west of St. Emilion at the border with Pomerol. The subsoil is a combination of clay, metal and sand. 4 week fermentation in stainless jars is replaced with 18 months of aging in barrels. The wine is famous for its significant portion of Cabernet Franc.

Replete wine full of energy, suitable for every occasion. Light straw color with golden sparkles. Intense flowering aroma, with the taste of fresh peach, pears and pink grapefruit. Served with rabbit, starters and white cheeses.
TOSCANA
Tenuta Le Velete – Luneto Orvieto classico superiore
Varieties used for production are typical for the Oryieto Classico region: 40% Procanico, 27% Grechetto, 15% Chardonnay and 3% Drupeggio and Malyasia. Wine has light yellow color with green reflections. Incredibly brisk scent with cream tones. Its taste is dominated by full grown white stone fruits. There also appear almond and nuts. Served with starters, white meats or with fruit desserts.
VENETO
Az. Agricola Leonildo Pieropan - Soave Classico DOC
Wines from this family company belong among the so called Grand Crus of Italy and are ranked every year as one of the best-valued. It is composed of 90% Garganega and 10% Trebbiamo di Soave from volcanic areas. The color is straw-yellow with green reflections and it has a flavor of almond and cherries. Full body with well-balanced acidity. Served with freshwater or ocean fish and vegetable starters.
Az. Agricola Leonildo Pieropan – Calvarino Soave Classico DOC
Calvarino is a traditional product of this winery, composed of 70% Garganega and 30% Trebbiano di Soave. The grapes come from volcanic terrain, and have typical briskness of fresh fruit, fine minerals and complex, rich taste. Served with vegetables, cheese soufflé and soft fish. Calvariono is awarded the highest evaluation of three cups every year in the Vini d´Italia publication.
Az. Agricola Leonildo Pieropan – La Rocca Soave Classico DOC
It is produced only from species of Garganega – late collection. Yearly aging in oak barrels gives the wine a scent of exotic fruits and nuts. The taste is long and fine with touches of spice and hesperidium. Served with fish, smoked salmon, scallops and white meats.

Mazziotti - Canuleio IGT
The vineyards of Az. Mazziotti are located on the slopes of the volcanic Lago di Bolsena. Canuleio is a superb blend of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc and Malvasia. Bright straw yellow color with intense and complex aromas. Complex structure and a refined finish.

Combination of Sangiovese 90% and Merlot 10% grapes species. Wine of ruby color with long fruity and spicy taste. Recommended with lamb, beefsteaks and duck.
Olpaio DOC, Fratelli Muratori
(Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah)
Aged in oak barrels with a scent of red fruits. Well-balanced and long lasting taste. Perfectly matches pasta and roasted dark meat.
FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA
Refosco dal Pedungolo rosso, Girolamo Dorigo
Wine of intense ruby color, rich in fruity taste with undertones of full-grown grapes, grassy scent. From aging in the bottle it becomes smoother and gains in tone and aroma. Recommended with venison.
PIEMONTE
Nebbiolo D´Alba Mirine, Paolo Manzone
A dry red wine from a young vineyard. Matured in oak barrels, therefore has a rich aroma. It is a big wine, suitable with red meat, cheese, venison and paté.
Barolo Serralunga DOCG, Paolo Manzone (100% Nebbiolo)
Full, austere intense with signs of violet and dried rose; red intense pomegranate with typical orange reflexes. No wine more than Barolo gets better with time. It should be served with the great kitchen dishes, but it admirably closes also a meal as meditation wine.
Barolo Meriame DOCG, Paolo Manzone (100% Nebbiolo)
This is a special reserve Barolo from best vineyards with an average age of fifty years, situated in Serralunga in a small sunny and protecte calcareous amhitheatre that revers completely in the cru „Meriame“ in Serralunga.
PUGLIA
Primitivo di Manduria DOC Villa Pantera, Leone de Castris
A red wine, loved and respected throughout the world of its unmistakable characteristic. Deep red in color, dark almost violet. Distinctive bouquet fruity, very rich with hints of cherries and liquorice. Goes well with strong tasting mezte, roats and strong flavoured cheese.
SICILIA
Piana del Salici, Baglio di Pianetto
100% Merlot, an incredibly elegant and peculiar wine. After press work the grapes soak with skins and then for another 18 months they age in oak barrels. Served with steaks, venison and blue cheese.
Castello Romitorio - Brunello di Montalcino
100% Sangiovese, one of the most prestigious Italian wines. The title is derived from wine color that is dark ruby with touch of brown. Powerful aroma, rich and long taste typical of Tuscan wines. The vineyard’s owner is the famous painter Sandro Chia, who created an artwork for each wine produced in his winery. Served with dark meats or mellow cheeses.

Grüner Veltliner Strassertal
Light, golden color with green reflections. Crispy scent with tones of mellow pear, nuts and cut grass. Pure, simple flavor with brisk acid. Decent tones of green apple and almonds at the end. Classic representative of the region´s variety and style. We recommend to serve it with salads and fish dishes.

Zweigelt Strassertal
A variety of Zweigeltrebe crossed with Saint Laurence and Franconian, from Austria. It has a dark red color, typical for this variety. Delicate, fruity and vigorous scent with pleasant tones of sweet cherries, mocha, dark chocolate and green pepper. Its flavor is velvety, smooth and highly extractive with lively acids. Harmonious tones of fresh spices, coffee and dark chocolate.
