We would like to introduce the new Chef de cuisine of Auberge de Provence, Patrick Olivier, he comes from Bourgogne-France.

We invite you to stay at our cosy family friendly hotel and restaurant only 3km from the Prague Airport and only 12 km from the centre from Prague historical down town. Family hotel Auberge de Provence is located in a former 17th century baroque Jesuit monastery residence. The cosy romantic interior of our hotel with his original thick stone walls and wooden beams has one apartment with two double bedrooms, living, kitchen and bathroom fully accessible for eldery and invalide people. Beside that we have 7 beautiful double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and all modern comfort , TV, internet and WIFI. All rooms have windows with view to nature or to our gardens. The hotel has also is own award winning French restaurant who became famous over the years and what serves your breakfast, lunches and dinners. We serve French-Belgian cuisine combined with the best wines, creating the perfect blend for a wonderful culinary experience.

Febr. 11th – 14th 2012, Saint-Valentine Day Menu.
Surprise your other half with a romantic candle light dinner in a former 17th century Jezuit monastery. Restaurant Auberge de Provence is the place to be that evening. Captivating romantic piano music will welcome you and your beloved one that evening with a special Candle Light Menu and a present from us for you.

April 21st – 25th Easter Menu.
Of you embrace the spring or the resurection of Christ our chef prepares a typical French Easter menu for you and the whole family. All children under 10years will receive a typical easter present from us.

May 15th – 31st.2012, Asparagus Days.
Our Chef creates those days for you several delicious asparagus meals. The days are getting warmer and a refreshing healthy asparagus meal is welcome.

June 1th – 21th June 2012 Strawberry festival.
Did you know! Strawberries are a member of the Rose family. Strawberries are unique in that they have seeds on the outside. This days we will make for you wonderful tasty specialities with organic strawberries from our garden and now that they are very nutritious, strawberries are higher in vitamin C than oranges.

June 15th – 15th September 2012 Steak & Salads on the BBQ.
Our Chef will season a juicy steak for you with herbs from our garden, all together we grown over 76 organic herbs and vegetables in our herb garden. Your delicious stak with a variation of sauces will be accompanied by different choice of salads and organic vegetables from our garden. Our own home made juice will be refresh you during your stay at our place. Do not forget to ask the Maitre Hotelier to show his herb and vegetables gardens.

June 22th – 23th 2012, Midsummer Eve and Midsummer Day.
The Sun reaches its highest position in the sky as seen from the North or South Pole.
We will create for you a Midsummer menu features different kinds of pickled herring, boiled new potatoes with fresh dill, soured cream and raw red onion. This is followed by a grilled dish, spare rib or salmon, for dessert the first strawberries of summer, with cream. The traditional accompaniment is a cold beer and spiced schnapps. Live music and dancing!

September 15th – October 15th 2012. Indiam Summer Menu.
At Auberge de Provence gardens we start to collect our organic vegetables and fruits, the result of the sun and care of our team. We put special menu’s for you and the whole family together with fresh harvested organic field and orchard products. The autumn season is welcome at Auberge the Provence and we start to make our home made liquors that we serve during the winter months at the restaurant.
