Instructor:
Lars Sjöstrand - Chef Maitre de Cuisine (Kampa Park, Barock, Hotel Jalta, Bellagio Hotel)

Reservations: 2 weeks in advance (cancellations at least 4 days in advance)

Minimum amount of participants is 6, maximum is 10.

Cooking courses are twice every Monday:
1. Morning session from 9.00 till 15:00
2. Evening session from 18.00 till 23.00
3. Classes scheduled for other days may be confirmed by Auberge de Provence

Languages possibilities: English, Czech, or Swedish

Two types of courses are available:
1. Beginners
2. Advanced

The type of cuisine for each session can be chosen per group:
1. French (2.900,-Kč/person)
2. Italian (2.500,-Kč/person)
3. Seafood Specialties (2.750,-Kč/person)
4. Asian (2.500/person)
5. Swedish/Scandinavian (2.750,-Kč/person)

Chef Sjöstrand will teach participants the recipes, explain the products and how to handle and prepare them. Under his supervision, students will prepare/cook everything together and have dinner afterward. The price includes food, soft drinks and coffee. Payment is to be made in cash on the day of the class. Classes for beginners can be reserved several times until Chef Sjöstrand promotes them to the course for advanced cooks.
